Welcome to the Graduate e-cohort, a longitudinal workforce study conducted in collaboration with five universities in Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
The purpose of this study is to examine the choices graduate nurses and midwives from these universities make in relation to their employment immediately after graduation and in the years following. This information will help us to understand the needs of our graduate workforce whether it be type of employment, specialisation or further education.
